If you lead a busy life and do not have the time to wait for a visit, then Boogaloo IT's remote assistance service is for you. Boogaloo IT can remotely connect to your computer and repair software related problems.
For security, the 'remote control' request is initiated by you and you are in full control throughout the remote assistance session.
This service is only possible provided the following pre-requisites are met -
1) Your computer can access the internet
2) You have a broadband connection to the internet

Please note, that only certain problems can be fixed using remote assistance, problems such as hardware and internet connectivity,
can only be fixed by a visit from Boogaloo IT.
Boogaloo IT can remotely connect to any computer in the United Kingdom and not just computers in Ipswich or Suffolk, providing the above pre-requisites are met.
